COVID-19 Health Protocol
For your safety and to allow you to fully enjoy your stay, Les Acacias campsite assures you that it is committed to :
- Apply the ARS recommendations regarding COVID-19.
- Put in place the necessary communication and signaling, on preventive measures, safety distances and barrier gestures, in order to avoid the transmission of the virus.
- Train its staff to respect the health protocol in force.
- Offer hydroalcoholic gel to its customers and staff in common places.
- Multiply the cleaning and strengthen the disinfection of common places and rental accommodation (contact points, TPE, aquatic area, play areas, tables and chairs, snack bar etc ...), according to the recommendations of the ARS and the government, with products that comply with current regulatory standards NE14476.
- Sufficiently ventilate rental accommodation after each departure and before rental.
Respect social distancing inside the aquatic area, ie 4m² per person, by supervising the entrances, ie 60 people simultaneously in the area, including 22 people in the swimming pool and 3 children in the paddling pool. We will ensure a daily disinfection of the deckchairs, by bleaching spray for your safety.
Covid-19 does not like chlorine, so this virus loses its contagious power in pond water.
Respect the sanitary protocol recommended by the ARS at the snack bar and at the bar. We will continue to provide service on the terrace, respecting safety distances and barrier gestures between tables. We have removed the menu, a large format menu will be displayed visually, in order to avoid manual contact. Take-out catering orders can be taken at the bar during the day, respecting the number of people simultaneously inside, recommended by the protocol in force, ie 5 people.
THE CHILDREN'S CLUB:
The animations and activities will be adapted in order to maintain them, while respecting the sanitary protocol imposed by the ARS. Child safety will be a priority and only a maximum of 15 children will be accepted per transfer.
In order to facilitate your arrival, while respecting the barrier gestures, we will ask you that only one person per family goes to the reception to collect the key to your rental and or, to make the final payments. We will do our utmost to maintain a quality of welcome as we are used to.
We will ask you to notify your departure time, according to the information we will have given you upon arrival. On the day of your departure, we will ask you to remember to leave the windows open as soon as possible, in order to ventilate as much as possible, according to the recommendations of the state. Likewise, given the specific cleaning protocols and the deadlines to be observed between each rental, weekly departures must be made before 10 am.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PANDEMIC:
In the event of closure of the establishment, which is assimilated to a measure of total or partial ban on reception of the public, decided by the public authorities, during the dates of your stay, the sums paid in advance to the the reservation of the stay will be reimbursed within a week.
Any cancellation of stay duly justified by the fact that you would be affected by COVID-19 or other infection considered to be part of a pandemic, or that you would be identified as a contact case, and that this situation would call into question your participation during the stay, on the dates planned will result in the issuance of a credit note valid until the end of the following season (30/09 / N + 1), refundable at the end of the period of validity.
For greater security, we suggest that you take out Campez Couvert Cancellation Insurance, for only 3% of your stay.
The 2021 tariffs remain unchanged to those of 2020, because we know that this period is difficult for everyone.
